Where is my order?

You get a tracking code by email once the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Once the shop opens, an order placed before 14:00 on a weekday leaves the warehouse the same day and usually arrives the next working day.

I want to return a product.

Tell us by the form or by email and include your order number. You get instructions right away. See Delivery and returns.

The product arrived damaged.

Send us a photo of the damage and your order number. We replace the product or refund it in full.
