Return and withdrawal policy

14-day right of withdrawal. As a consumer you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

How to return. Tell us about the withdrawal within 14 days by email at info@lautio.fi or through the contact form. Include your order number and we send return instructions right away. Send the product within 14 days of your notification.

Condition of the product. You may examine the product as you would in a shop. The product must be unused and in its original condition. If the product has been used beyond what is needed to examine it, we may deduct the resulting loss of value from the refund. Pack the board carefully, preferably in its original packaging.

Return costs. The customer pays the cost of the return shipment. If the product is faulty or was damaged in transit, we cover the return costs.

Refund. We refund the purchase price and the original delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof that it has been sent), to the same payment method you used.

Faulty product. If the product has a fault, contact us within a reasonable time of noticing it. We repair or replace the product, and if that is not possible, we refund the price.

Disputes. If we cannot resolve a matter together, you may take it to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Before that we recommend contacting the Consumer Advisory Services (kkv.fi/kuluttajaneuvonta). The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is also available at ec.europa.eu/odr.
