We ship from our warehouse in Finland, and returning is as simple as ordering. Here is everything important in short – the full terms are at the bottom of the page.

Delivery
From our warehouse in Finland.
- An order placed before 14:00 on a weekday leaves our warehouse the same day, from the day the shop opens. Orders placed later, or at the weekend, go out the next working day.
- In Finland the parcel usually arrives the next working day after it is sent.
- Delivery fee 5.90 €. Free delivery on orders over 59 €.
- You get a tracking code by email once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
- We currently deliver within Finland.
Returns
14 days to think it over.
Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product.
- Tell us about the return by email or through the contact form. Include your order number and you get return instructions right away.
- Send the product within 14 days of notifying us. Pack the board carefully, preferably in its original packaging.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition. You may examine the board as you would in a shop.
- The customer pays the cost of the return shipment.
- We refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the return – to the same payment method you used.
Damaged or faulty product
We put it right – no questions.
If the product was damaged in transit or has a manufacturing fault, contact us right away, preferably with a photo. We replace the product or refund it in full, return costs included.
Terms
